Something older. Something wilder. Something that still remembers how to move, to breathe, to tremble, to open, to feel.
This work is an invitation to enter that place. Not to fix. Not to perform. Only to return to what has always been there beneath the noise.
A private hour where breath meets story, sessions shaped for your nervous system, your grief, your bliss.
Held in candlelight and sound. A collective descent into breath, feeling, and the field we make together.
Ecstatic movement threaded with breathwork, shaking, spinning, softening, until the body remembers.
Its intricate body is designed to let the water move through.
The currents pass through its delicate structure, carrying life around and through it without sweeping it away. It does not fight the ocean. It learns how to move with it.
We are not so different. Our bodies, too, are designed for flow. Somatic breathwork and movement offer a way back, to soften the places that have learned to brace, to become permeable, to bend without breaking.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BECOME STRONGER BY BECOMING HARDER.
MEET AVE
Ave is a trauma-informed breathwork and ecstatic movement facilitator. For over a decade she has explored the body as a doorway, a way out of the mind, a way back into being alive.
Her work is an invitation to follow breath, sensation, and the impulse to move, into the strange and beautiful mystery of being here.
